Quick and 10 minute coconut ladoo recipe for holi and prasaad.

You will need: 1/2 cup milk
1 cup milk mawa powder
3/4 cups sugar
1.5-2 cups dessicated coconut powder
1-2 tsp cardamom powder
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cook time: 5 mins
Method:
Boil milk in an open pan and add in milk mawa powder stirring continously and cooking on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Now add in dessicated coconut powder and give a quick mix keeping off flame. Let the mixture cool down a bit. Now add in sugar and cardamom powder and mix well. Start making ladoo. This mixture will yield 12 medium sized ladoo. Roll them in extra coconutpowder and store or freeze them for a week.
Note: you can add or substract quantity of sugar or replace it with maple syrup or other healthy sweetner agents.
Add in more coconut powder if the mixture seems too thin and unmanageable
